SEND Parents Forum

Our Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Forum is an opportunity for parents with children who have SEND to meet together with the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo) and chat informally about relevant topics. Previous forums have focussed on the following topics:

 

• changes to SEND in West Sussex
• our school's local offer - what we do for children with SEND
• dyslexia and the support provided in school
• homework - difficulties with and possible solutions

We hold a forum every half term and welcome any parents to attend. The details are sent out via parent mail to the parents of children on our SEND register and added to the newsletter so if you are interested in coming along keep an eye out.
