Summer 2020 - The Pond Goes from Zero to Hero!
Sadly, over the last few years, the school pond had become a bit neglected and very overgrown. Children could look at it from the over the fencing, but inside, the pond was surrounded by nettles, brambles and collapsed banks. There was more plants, weed and mud than water!
However, with some collective effort and a couple of back-breaking days, the staff got in and got mucky!
The end result is an exciting, fully accessible cross-curricular learning resource that the children can use all year round!
