Summer - Weeks 1-3
SUMMER TERM HOME LEARNING FOR YEAR 3
With the school closed for at least another 3 weeks, a Home Learning timetable, accompanied by clear instructions, fun activities, support resources and helpful exemplars, will be set up each Monday for Year 3 children to complete as best they can during this challenging time.
Mr T and Miss Manley would like to reassure parents and children that we would like them to just try their best and do as much as they can depending on home circumstances. There is not an expectation for everyone to do everything and please feel free to adapt, change and work on tasks in any way that suits you best. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you want any help, advice or extra support.
Click on the buttons directly below to access this week's Home Learning tasks.
Please send your Home Learning work and photos directly to the new Year 3 CLASS email addresses:
This will allow work to be found, checked and replied to far easier. Please continue to use the firstname.lastname@example.org address for all other enquiries. Many thanks.
Mr T and Miss Manley
PS- The BBC are running a variety of lessons for each year group regularly while schools are closed. These lessons are being taught by teachers, subject experts and some famous faces! Use this link to find Year 3 lessons https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/tags/zmyxxyc/year-3-lessons/1
Also, if you fancy exploring the world, https://explore.org/livecams is a free website that has a variety of webcams streaming from across the globe! Miss Manley has particularly enjoyed watching the African animals- how many different animals can you see at the watering hole?
