HOME LEARNING - SUMMER TERM WEEK 5 - FITNESS

 

 

FREE CHOICE ACTIVITY WEEK!

 

Over the last few weeks we have given lots of ideas and choices for ways to keep fit and healthy while away from school (thanks to everyone who sent in their brilliant fitness photos!), so for this week, we thought it would be fun for you to take a look back at all the ideas we have suggested and choose a favourite or try something new.

BOLLYROBICS - Improve your Bollywood dancing skills with clear step-by-step instruction and music!

2.6 CHALLENGE - Run, cycle or do any sporting activity for 2.6 miles, 2.6 kilometres or 26 minutes!

JOE WICKS or VISIONARY SPORTS ACADEMY - Follow a 30 minute fitness video with Jo, or learn some new skills with the sports coaches who come into our school.

PLAN YOUR OWN FITNESS CIRCUIT - Use the fitness cards and activity ideas to set up one at home.

GAMES FOR THE GARDEN - Why not try out one of the garden games using the game cards?
