Included below is a wide range of ideas, links and tasks that Year 6s can do at home whilst isolating and during school closure. There are a variety of different activities covering most of the subjects. If you find any of these too difficult, please try out the activities on the other year group pages. Also, if you don't know where to start, take a look at the class page to remind yourself of all our topics and activities this year! We have also included a copy of the most recent homework task on their topic of Ancient Civilisations. Perhaps you could now start your non-chronological report at home?
Maybe you don't know where to start with home learning or you are wondering what to do, how much and how often? Don't worry - we've made a table, a bit like our timetable at school, which may help you organise your time. You don't have to follow it exactly - it is a guide to help you get into a routine. Adapt it to suit you and your family.
Remember you can contact Year 6 teachers on email email@example.com and we will always try to help! Or send us a named postcard or letter (to the school address) whilst school is closed - we'd love to hear about everything you are doing at home!
